Isabelle at 14 months

Meet Isabelle L.! She is a true nature girl - loves all flowers, her daily nature walks, and exploring her world barefoot. One year old is such a milestone, and a lot of fun to photograph. This was a very bittersweet family session, as dad Jared leaves this week for duty in Iraq. It’s hard for me to think about them being separated for several months. But I hope that these images can help keep them close in their hearts. Thank you to Christina, Jared, and Isabelle for trusting me to document your family. Thank you especially to Jared for what you do. Fly safe, and may the next few months go by in the blink of an eye for all of you.

I am so excited to get to see you all in pictures. You look wonderful. Jared, I just visited with your mom and so she forwarded Christina’s email about your departure to me. You are all in my prayers. Isabelle is just a doll. I hope to see you all in person before too long.
