Family ~ Coronado

I love surprises, especially really thoughtful ones! So I was tickled when Dana, a client from last year’s calendar shoot asked me to photograph her extended family as a surprise gift to their mom for Mother’s Day. We got together with her brother Chris, his charming wife Nancy, and their children Isabelle and Dominic at Coronado’s dog beach so that Dana’s Labrador, Chamois, could also be included. I think it’s a toss-up as to who had more fun - but if we judge by who got the wettest, Chamois and Dominic tied for first place! Thank you to Dana and Chris for asking me to photograph your families; I’m glad you let Nancy in on the surprise so that she could be a part of this, too!
