Nico at six months

Meet my newest roly-poly, big blue-eyed, dog-loving baby subject - Nico! I am so thrilled that this will be the first of three sessions over the next year documenting Nico and his family as he grows. I *love* all of my little subjects, and it gives me so much joy to watch them grow. Thank you so much to Greg and Heidi and canine big sis Blue. I loved spending time with you today, can’t wait to show you the rest of your images!

[…] When I was editing these images yesterday, Dave looked over my shoulder and said, “Wow - cute kid!” And I laughed because he didn’t recognize baby Nico, whom I have photographed both at six months old and one year old! His response - “He’s got hair!” Yes, among other major changes… he walks, he climbs, he talks, and has well-defined opinions.
