Deck the Halls

It’s a tradition that we are almost always late. For everything. When I make it on time to shoots and weddings it is through pure willpower and usually telling myself the wrong time so I arrive on time. So when my birthday rolls around (December 15th, in case it’s not already on your calendar) we usually haven’t even thought about pulling out the holiday cheer, but it’s a reminder to get it together.
So today we brought in our holiday/winter solstice/Chrsitmas tree to decorate. We sort of forgot to prune it and clean out the brown stuff a few months ago, so once Dave did that it looked a little Charlie Brown, if you know what I mean. But we love having a live tree, and Andrew was tickled to help decorate this year. Here are a few photos to share.
